About Heart to Heart Travel Tours

Our Story

Heart to Heart Safaris was founded with a simple dream, to share the beauty of travel while touching lives along the way.

What began as a small tour company offering unforgettable safaris and cultural adventures across Kenya soon blossomed into something far more meaningful: a journey of compassion, hope, and giving back.

During her travels, our founder often met children in slums and rural areas who had lost their parents but not their dreams. Inspired by their courage and determination, she created the Heart To Heart Orphans Children Centre (HHOCC), an initiative devoted to providing orphaned and vulnerable children with education, and care.

The bond between Heart to Heart Safaris and Hope for Orphans Foundation runs deep. A portion of every safari booking directly supports children who haven't yet received sponsors, helping provide essentials such as school uniforms and daily meals while they await sponsorship.
